With over 30 years of experience in the fluid management industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented distributor sales manager who specializes in key account management, new business development, and sales operations. I am currently working at ARO Fluid Management, a leading global manufacturer of air operated diaphragm, piston pumps and fluid power products. My mission is to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our channel partners and OEMs in the Western U.S. market. I value collaboration, integrity, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I am responsible for sales growth and business development activities with channel partners and OEMs for the air operated diaphragm, piston pumps and fluid power products in the Western U.S. region. I manage a network of over 40 distributors and 10 OEMs across 13 states, covering a wide range of industries, such as mining, oil and gas, chemical, food and beverage, and water treatment. I leverage my skills in key account management, new business development, and sales operations to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identify and pursue new opportunities, and optimize sales performance and profitability. I also provide technical and product support, training, and market intelligence to our partners and OEMs, and coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders and services. Since joining ARO in 2015, I have consistently exceeded my sales targets, increased the market share and penetration of our products, and established ARO as a trusted and preferred brand in the Western U.S. market.
