My role with DEPLOY requires me to gently-yet-thoroughly extract a myriad of needs/wants from those we serve, so listening is crucial.From there, it's a race to find uniquely qualified humans ready to harness an array of roles, jobs and missions. I have to find critical thinkers as well as box checkers. I look for technical juggernauts as often as I do hyper-precise fulfillment wizards. I'm on the prowl seeking born-leaders just as much as I am those willing to "ride shotgun" with edgy innovators and disruptors. Businesses often need rule writers and rule breakers and I need to meet them, too. As connections are made and sparks fly, it's my job to ensure that any potential chemistry is backed with flexibility, ambition, patience and aggression....clearing the path to success for all parties.
