CurrentI was selected as System Administrator for Windows 2008/2012 Server Active Directory site and the implementation of systems and software auditing, system security maintenance, and server administration/deployment. I function as the Team Lead managing 3 Technicians that support 650+ seats for 7 clients. I am recognized as a SME (subject matter expert) in network facilities and individual machines; partnered with cross-functional team and stakeholders offering support for the information system and external users. I develop and execute system testing to ensure efficient network operation without interruption. Key Accomplishments• Key component of the team responsible for the closure and relocation of the data center and office infrastructure during the consolidation of two buildings down to one.• Successfully executed the startup and opening of the new BPO site from the ground up in Rancho Cordova, CA.• Assisted in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware/software and administered network security measures for 300,000 employees worldwide. • Supported the ongoing improvement of offshore clients for Accenture business systems by monitoring system to ensure availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. • Monitored all business software/hardware systems to identify and resolve key problems through data analysis and quality testing including leading the analysis and testing of servers, security updates, patches and configurations.• Held direct accountability for data collection, analysis and integration, cross-functional collaboration and alignment of IT system requirements with business needs.
