I coach individuals and groups of cognitively disabled clients on incorporating healthy exercise, better eating habits, and improved communication skills into their daily routines. In addition, I plan and oversee daytime and overnight activities for my clients.

Schwab Cycles is family-owned, premium road bike shop in Lakewood Colorado. I was responsible for servicing and selling road, mountain, and cyclocross bikes. I also provided instruction in bike fitting and helped teach our injury prevention classes.

I was responsible for developing and implementing individual and group exercise programs for clients receiving all levels of care. I also worked closely with the activities and physical therapy staff so we could reach as many residents as possible and develop creative ways for them to maintain their fitness, wellness, and social skills.
