I am an environmental, health & safety (EHS) lawyer focusing on civil regulatory counseling and civil and criminal enforcement defense. My recent practice specialization has been on privileged investigations and legal and regulatory enforcement defense following catastrophic industrial accidents, or Incident Response. I am also deeply involved with the regulatory investigations of various auto makers related to light duty diesel emission compliance. I am very familiar with standardized EHS compliance/management systems in the energy, petro-chemical, heavy manufacturing, healthcare and retail sectors. I assist clients in the U.S. and have international EHS regulatory and crisis management experience in more than 20 countries. Many of my matters involve U.S. and State OSHA agencies.My oil & gas experience covers the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
