I am also a leader in process streamlining and continuous improvement typically through adoption of modern techniques and technologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. I lead and mentor management, actuarial, technology and business resources.I have applied a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 17 Insurance Contracts and have successfully lead the implementation of these changes in an insurer's valuation process.
