I was tapped for this role to dynamically collaborate with multiple departments for an enterprise-level organization to enhance the new hire orientation and onboarding experience. I collaborate cross-functionally with numerous operational groups, and I develop and present HR trainings, as well as administer and submit monthly LMS trainings. I also partner with all new hires to provide coaching on navigating computer systems and ensuring understanding of the benefits enrollment process.
