Has 17 years of consulting and construction experience in the investigation and management of contaminated media, including; leaking underground tank (LUST) management, surface water, groundwater, soil, hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, and air. Has managed numerous long-term soil, groundwater, surface water, and vapor projects as the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager while working for Environmental Field Services (EFS). He has extensive experience in the remediation of soil and groundwater at LUST, VRP, RCRA, and CERCLA sites. Additional experience includes development of sampling programs to assess contamination, design and construction of remediation systems, development of investigation, remediation, and data quality work plans for the management and oversight of the field programs. Has maintained numerous certifications/licenses including confined space entry, Certified Hazardous Material Management (CHMM), UST decommissioning, and 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification
