Partnering with corporations, foundations and organizations to tell your story that builds pride and passion while improving brands. Previously served as the President for the USO Southeast Region, leading operations and fund development in ten states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and the southern half of Virginia. Together, these states are home to over 35% of the nation’s active military force and 35% of the National Guard and Reserve Forces. Served as the VP, Global Corporate Communications and Government Affairs, for Sealed Air Corporation, leading the internal and external communications, branding and reputation building efforts globally. Sealed Air Corporation provides packaging solutions that help companies achieve their sustainability goals. Previously, the SVP of Communications and Marketing for Siemens Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate communications, marketing and corporate responsibility for North America. Jim also served as Chairman of the Siemens Foundation. Jim served as Director of Communications at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In that position, he executed an innovative communications plan in celebration of West Point’s 200th anniversary. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University where he received his BA degree in Communications. He completed his MBA at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He was a Master Army Aviator and U.S. Army Helicopter Instructor Pilot. He was awarded the Legion of Merit, Air Assault Badge, Humanitarian Service Medal as well as numerous other awards and served for over twenty years in the U.S. Army. Jim serves on the boards of Veterans Bridge Home and Red Cross of the Carolinas.
