My entire adult work life has revolved around solving problems in the sales process, customer service and helping people better their lives in some way or another. I'm a born leader, organized manager, great communicator, hard worker and an enthusiastic team member with a wide range of experience in the Sales and Financial fields. Currently I hold a mortgage license in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee along with access to all states through US Mortgage Lending and I just completed my initial training to become an appraiser trainee so I can offer a wide range of financial needs in the Real Estate market. I'm also a professional photographer selling Tampa Bay area photos in local art shows around town. I have become quite well known as the former mayor Bob Buckhorn and current US Representative Kathy Castor have an Old Baldy Photo original hanging in their offices. I grew up in a construction family that built gas stations back in the 80's, before double walled fiberglass tanks, where I learned what a hard days work was like out in the hot sun digging ditches for my dad. I was the first in the family to get a college degree, BS Business Management, which led to becoming the Cookie Man for Nabisco as a territory manager. In the early 2000's I entered the real estate market as a mortgage broker and Realtor in a very successful lease purchase program. I've always been a leader and I continue to be a top performer wherever I go. I'm excited to enter the appraisal business which will allow me to combine my love of real estate, numbers, driving and photography.I look forward to helping lead your team to success with my hard work and dedication to details.
