Tender & live project planning support for numerous projects including –• The Old Picture House, Lichfield – Conversion of listed art deco cinema into 38 apartments and new retail unit.• Packington Hall Re-development - Project to restore and convert the Grade II listed Packington Hall into 6 apartments, and the construction of 22 new dwellings.• The Emporium, Birmingham – Conversion of the Grade II listed Christopher Wray Lighting Factory into student accommodation. This project was taken on by QDTS when Shaylor went into administration and were unable to complete the works.• Little Kineton Houses, Warwickshire – Construction of 9no luxury homes in Little Kineton.

Site based planning support at the Arden Gate for Torsion. Tender planning support on £150m bid at RAF Lakenheath & £50m New Faculty of Arts Building at University of Warwick.Key Roles – • Production of 2100 activity fully resourced Design / Procurement / Construction programmes for 12no civils / construction sub-sections on RAF Lakenheath tender• Stress testing of programmes using Monte Carlo analysis• Production of detailed time slices, logistics & phasing plans• Written methodologies and programme commentaries

Site based planning support on the JLR NAIC building at University of Warwick.Key Roles – • Weekly progress droplines to feed into main project dashboards.• Detailed monitoring of critical sections of work to ensure programme was sustained.• Chair weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and produce short term detailed programmes.

My role at Interserve was again based around a combination of pre-construction planning for tender submissions, and providing planning support to live sites.Projects –• New Birmingham Childrens Hospital, Birmingham• 'The Union' Student Accommodation, Leamington Spa• Telford Bus Station, TelfordKey Responsibilities –Pre-construction• Producing accurate design, procurement, & construction programmes for tender submissions• Producing comprehensive prelim estimations• Producing relevant supporting documentation for tender submissions e.g. phasing diagrams/animations, sketchup models, & method statementsConstruction• Working with the site team to produce contract & target programmes before projects get to site• Tracking the progress of projects using droplines & s-curve analysis• Producing relevant supporting documentation to aid the site team e.g. phasing diagrams, filtered / short term programmes.

My role at Galliford Try was based around a combination of pre-construction planning for tender submissions, and providing planning support to live sites.I have worked on bids for schemes in various sectors, ranging from £5 million to £50 million in value.
