As an Area Manager at Amazon Logistics, I lead the daily operations and performance of a delivery station in Fresno, CA. I joined Amazon in April 2023, shortly after graduating from California State University, Fresno with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. My role involves ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our services, while collaborating with other managers and stakeholders to implement best practices, optimize processes, and resolve issues.I have developed valuable skills in problem solving, data analysis, and content management throughout my education and experience. I was a founding member and the former secretary of the Computer Information Systems Student Association at Fresno State, where I handled administrative duties, promoted the organization, and networked with peers and professionals. I also studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where I learned about international marketing, Spanish, and local culture.
