My main task are the day to day Project Management of Wireless Lan products provided by our vendors.I prepare upgrade strategies, new deployments and manage vendors when issues arise.I am in charge of the Wireless LAN solutions Verizon offers to its customers.Those solutions include hot spots, large Wifi deployment and Wireless Intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).I am also in charge of the Wireless security for the Wireless WLAN internal Network across the US .This network has 6000+ routers/switches and 2000+ Wireless Access Points Worldwide.

Under the direct reporting the Network Architect of Transat, I have been in charge to deploy a wireless IP network for the company. This network is designed to carry voice, data and electronic exchanges for day to day operations as well as guests access. The first phase of the deployed project was to provide WiFi internet access to the headquarters in Montréal in a secure environment with Wireless Intrusion Detections systems (IPS/IDS). The second phase is to provide service from airplanes on the ground to central systems and maintenance teams.My task included: Technology risk assessment, Gartner best practices recommendations of technologies to use, vendor selection analysis, drafting of technology architecture, testing of vendor solutions and deployment of the chosen solution.

Under direct reporting to the CEO, I was in charge of various projects involving new technologies including e-payment systems, e-supply chains applications, VOIP and 802.11 wireless internet technologies implementation. I have worked in the hospitality, health and transport industries providing WiFi applications to mobile handheld users. My tasks involved consulting, network development, risk assessment, budget, project management, recruitment and long periods of impartition at the customer’s premises.

I2 is the leading supplier of intelligent E-business software (NASDAQ: ITWO) that integrates the whole supply chain of a company, ERP systems to generate an E-Business solution that is able to connect to the whole production process to check that an order can be fulfilled.My work consisted in setting up the proper architecture of an e-business solution according to the customer requirements in terms of existing hardware/software constraints, integration to mainframes along with security concerns, database synchronization and propose a technical architecture solution using I2 and Aruba software.

Under the supervision of the Director, Marketing product and services, I was in charge of the Internet department of I.A.T.A. I worked on the development of various internet based software solutions for airlines as well as the daily management of the iataonline.com store.My main tasks included the integration of existing databases to the IATA internet web site, the implementation of an Electronic Commerce solution to sell existing products and services online along with the development of new products in an electronic format with electronic distribution such as pay per download or pay per view. Main Projects managed are as follows:IATA Online Electronic commerce system: To be able to sell IATA products and services to a wider range of companies. I was in charge of developing & managing external consultants to implement this system according to IATA needs and existing ordering systems.
