Current• Staffing and Recruiting: Recruit all levels of finance, accounting, front office, legal, and administrative positions. Also recruit for Project Managers, Superintendents and many other positions for several industries including, but not limited to Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Consulting, Real Estate, Construction and Professional Services• Full cycle recruiting: finding candidates, conducting interviews, preparing and presenting to hiring managers, follow-up, debriefing and salary negotiations, extending offers• Responsible for assessing client needs, determining compensation structures, assessing search feasibility, etc.• Effectively recruit candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews evaluating candidate’s availability, interest, experience, professional skills and presentation• Negotiate fee agreements with corporate partners• Responsible for mentoring and providing training to new recruiters• Managing staff of recruiters• Budgeting and Forecasting for each fiscal year
