Construction, splicing, end to end testing and all documentation delivered in 6 months.Since late September I have assumed the PM role for all Strategic Rogers Ottawa projects including 128 Segmentation, MDU and V-Hub installations. Rogers Business Services and new plant projects have recently become a part of the portfolio.

Actively participated in CRTC driven proceedings to establish the policy and framework surrounding competitor access services, network interconnection and service quality through the preparation of written submissions, such as the Essential Services proceeding. 2. Prepared applications for relief with respect to interconnection or quality issues, or in response to harmful activities of other carriers, such as the improper application of BSEF charges proceeding, which led to millions of dollars in retroactive repayments and a reduced telco lease expense going forward. 3. Developed a strategic corporate plan to leverage the new Industry Canada Wireless framework established in 2008 ensuring an accelerated entry into the wireless market by utilizing and capitalizing on MTS Allstream existing network assets and infrastructure. 4. Acted as the lead analyst in multiple favourable Commission decisions such as co-location power, BSEF charges removal, support structures, business forbearance in Manitoba to name a few. 5. Developed and implemented streamlined processes and a set of guidelines among multiple departments within MTS Allstream to ensure efficient data collection and integrity for multiple CRTC compliance reports, such as CLEC registrations, IXPL, HSDNA and the CRTC annual monitoring reports.

Managed a team of Network Planners to produce a 3 year Network Planning view for 14 major Canadian cities.Managed a team of planners to re-engineer, to Allstream standards, issue implementations and turnup 20+ Co-location spaces acquired from Accent Communications.Project Managed an initiative to reduce Allstream network Building and Site budget. Performed revenue vs cost analysis, reccomended alternative solutions to manage circuit traffic and then notified the responsible Regional Network Planner to issue a site closure plan. $4 million in cost reduction achieved over 3 years.
