Planning deliveries for DSD stores and house route drivers through Direct Route 9 program, second shift dispatcher monitoring trucks on the IBright system. Monitoring late add on orders in the AS400 and downloading them to the "Elite" warehousing system, tracking all orders shipped LTL or TL throughout the country by third party refrigerated carriers to ensure on time delivery to customers. Warehouse support on second shift, making decisions on orders to cut if time sensitive loads have to leave. As well as primary OSD clerk during shift, researching claim to reduce cost while increasing shipping efficiency.

Delivered orders by date of service determined by our company's transit calendar ensured on time delivery while dispatcher.
