• Provide executive-level leadership with full responsibility for P&L, sales and delivery for a $16M regional office of a custom application development firm specializing in distributed Agile development. • Direct all Consultant and Sales recruitment, hiring, performance management and professional development initiatives.• Spearhead a $6M initiative with a major credit card processor, involving 55 team members, including Magenic and client on-shore & off-shore employees, as well as multiple swim lanes.• Successfully manage client relationships, including maintaining responsibility for 20+ clients as well as 30 ongoing projects.• Independently generate $10M in sales & revenue from a Fortune 10 customer, which resulted in client savings of $2M annually.• Maintain responsibility for sales engagement, including accountability for performance against quota, with 3 Sales Executives.
