As the Quality Assurance Manager, I am responsible for the day to day operations of the Quality Assurance lab and Team development of the QA lab inspectors. I am responsible for the maintenance and overall implementation of the Organization's QMS System and all relative documentation to ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015. I work closely with other top management in our Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Human Resources, and Operations departments.

Graphic Design (Printed and Digital), Social Media Development and integration, and Website Design and Development with WooComerce integration.

As the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, I was responsible for the overall maintenance of the Organizations QMS and all related documentation a well as ensuring company policies are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. As the Digital Content Manager, I oversaw the design and implementation of the organizations website, social media content, and printed marketing collateral. Sometimes these 2 roles can overlap in that information that is utilized for public viewing does a link to our ability to stay in compliance with our AS9100 Certification requirements.

Involved in both Commercial property investments over $10M and Residential property investments of $3M+, which included both long term and short term investments. Was involved in all aspects from purchase, renovation, marketing, and sale.

JOB DUTIES:GENERAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS• Vendor related correspondence including direct contact with vendors, reviewing vendor bills for accuracy and payments, input bills into QuickBooks and release for payment.• Address customer-related concerns that cannot be handled by the responsible Kerry’s Tree Service estimators.• Collaborate with management to develop, document and maintain company policies and procedures.• Purchase any needed office supplies.• Provide back up support of Office Manager related job duties and tasks.• Assist departments with the purchase of parts and equipment for the maintenance of a variety of truck and field equipment.• The main point of contact for Kerry’s Tree Service accounting, banking and financial related business.HUMAN RESOURCES• Responsible for new employee documentation needed for employment eligibility.• Review and approve employee times sheets post Office Manager review.• Assist department managers with the documentation of employee-related issues (90-day reviews, written warnings, vacation request forms, etc.).• The main point of contact for insurance providers for Kerry’s Tree Service.MARKETING:• Oversee marketing development. Collaborate with the sales team to keep marketing strategies current with market trends.• Maintain online digital marketing presence (Facebook, Angie’s List, Yelp, website, Google Adwords, etc.…)• Develop and maintain printed marketing material (business cards, Pamphlets, flyers, etc.…)• Responsible for the design and ordering of company promotional items (shirts, caps, coffee mugs, etc.…)IT DEPARTMENT• Implement and maintain company software needed for the day to day operations.• (Arborgold, Solve360, Omnitracs, QuickBooks Online, etc.…)• Maintain telecommunications hardware and software• Maintain building and yard security systems.• Purchase, implement and maintain computer hardware used for the day to day operations.
