Jim has spent 7 years as the Managing Director of KMB Search Group, a boutique search firm focused on placing physician executives in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs leadership positions. Prior to his time at KMB Search, Jim was the Senior Director of Physician Recruitment at Klein Hersh, where he was repeatedly recognized as one of the top recruiters within the MRINetwork, winning multiple national awards. Jim lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and three daughters. He spends his time coaching youth sports, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
