Led the NBA.com website product efforts for a ground-breaking joint venture between the National Basketball Association and Turner Broadcasting System.

Led the Local Voice product team and managed product portfolio P&L ($150 million + annual revenue) during a period of strategy realignment and business reorganization. Exceeded 2007 revenue and Q1 2008 revenue and margin goals by 7% for the Local Voice product family by executing on existing customer growth initiatives. Closed a new $3.0 million annual run rate account directly as a result of re-defining and implementing a refreshed product strategy centered on alignment with market needs. Recognized by strategic customer executives as having a direct and positive impact on the overall customer experience.

Selected to spearhead the product development and management for EarthLink’s most significant growth initiative in several years. Documented hands on, sleeves up experience in leading a cross-functional team and taking a strategically important product portfolio from concept through implementation into a steady growth mode. Defined, developed and launched three distinct and complex Internet-based consumer voice services with expected year end 2007 annual revenue run rate of $100 million. Grew and led the Internet-based consumer voice product organization from a team of two to ten individual contributors and managers - team functions included product/program management, user interface design, and information system process development.

Built and led a team of business development and product management professionals focused on delivering against EarthLink’s Value Added Service revenue goals. This team identified and selected new Internet-based service and content partners, led deal negotiations, and managed existing partnerships and products to optimize the product portfolio P&L.
