The leadership approach is further highlighted through active engagement in daily forecasting. Cape extracts data from various tracking systems or published schedules/amendments, crafting a comprehensive mission schedule extending at least 72 hours into the future. This detailed schedule encompasses cargo and passenger requirements, with special attention to coordination needs such as explosives, diplomatic clearances, military working dog (MWD), and DCS couriers.

Led the strategic planning and execution of scheduled airlift operations, overseeing the delivery of crucial supplies including uniforms, medical equipment, arms, and ammunition to the Afghanistan National Army. Demonstrated leadership by leading a four-member armed escort team, conducting meticulous inspections of 3,000 personnel and vehicles throughout 276 missions. Ensured the secure delivery of 6,000 tons of uniforms and armor, equipping 10,000 soldiers for service.Managed the logistics for the transportation of 10,500 tons of ammunition and 4,000 weapons, contributing significantly to national security efforts. Additionally, successfully resolved a four-month munitions delivery delay, recovering 4.6 million rounds and saving $250,000 in transportation costs. This proactive resolution underscored a commitment to operational efficiency and financial stewardship, showcasing effective leadership in complex logistical scenarios.

As the Facility Manager for the Cargo Deployment Function, oversaw a $1 million infrastructure, ensuring readiness for the deployment of 25 different units across two bases. Managed the Joint Inspection and Hazardous Materials inspector program, cultivating a team of five instructors and verifying the qualifications of 129 inspectors to uphold safety and regulatory compliance. Led outreach programs, providing instructional sessions to units on logistical procedures for the rapid deployment of both passengers and cargo. In the role of Information Controller, I took charge of gathering, processing, and distributing pertinent information to nine sections involved in air terminal operations. This encompassed reviewing Aerial Port and Air Mobility Command mission statuses in collaboration with the Tanker Airlift Control Center. Additionally, I fulfilled the role of ramp coordinator, supervising the monitoring of aircraft statuses, managing aircraft arrivals and departures, and delivering detailed briefings to aircrews regarding ground operations at the airfield.
