Engineered and deployed PC workstations and connectivity devices for E2 production systems. Set up and configured APs, point to point antennas, Cat5, and Wifi transmission for a complete connectivity solution. Deployed group policies on all workstations for security, ease of use, and fault tolerence. On call support for server 2008, Win XP, T5000 terminals. Did a lot of other IT related work...

As Operations Manager my primary responsibilities were supporting and managing all internal and external IT systems and staff. One additional duty, I was the client manager for Flextronics during our first prototype build of FlipStart. The last year at FlipStart I was the last team member left to close the project, end our partner and vender relations, and manage all our equipment and inventory final disposition.

I was the I.T. Operations Manager for Harland Business Solutions. I managed a staff of eight technicians supporting two facilities, one in WA the other in GA. Each facility had a full call center, check and forms production, sale and marketing, graphics dept, finance dept, and executive management. I managed or participated in many technology and non-technical projects as our business unit continued to grow. I worked closely with our clients (Intuit, Peachtree, Great Plains, Microsoft Money, and many other financial related clients) on all matters of technology and process implementation. Last year at Harland worked with SOX compliance, assessing gaps, proposing stop gap measures, and implementing solutions with checks and balances.

I deployed and set up LANs to connect to our primary campus (WAN) for the WA Army National Guard's 43 facilities and Armories. This consisted of Win NT 4.0 workstations, servers, printers, and Cisco routers. After deployment I stood up the WAARNG help desk to support all facilities and user (900+). Last year I spent in the network operations as the number 2 man with the primary responsibilities of; connectivity to our 43 remote locations, WINS, Exchange 5.5, SMS 2.0, and Router programming.
