My interest in real estate began at an early age as my grandfather was a Realtor and investor in many commercial buildings. As a young adult the beauty of the architecture in the California neighborhoods I grew up in world always catch my eye. I pursued architectural design in college and eventually found residential real estate to be my passion. I was drawn to the concept of designing, building and then living in a home that was my own. I enjoy all phases of residential real estate but find new construction to be an area of great interest. I am co-owner of The Blehm Group along with my wife, Yvette Blehm. Together we have set a high standard of customer service and strive to make the needs of each one of our clients a high priority.
