Provided contract support to the Air Force via tele-commuting for a system that tracks Department of Defense long-haul communication funding and circuits. Within my first year, I re-wrote the Visual FoxPro CGI web site to ASP.Net. The next effort involved normalizing the data store and moving it to SQL Server, along with the necessary software changes. The final project involved re-writing the Windows-based system to ASP.Net. I established the architecture separating presentation from business logic and data access and lead the re-design to fit this model.

TCOSS Team Leader (Nov 1996 – May 1999)Responsible for maintaining the Telecommunications Certification Office Support System, an application used to order and track all Department of Defense long-haul telecommunications. Implemented MS SQL Server database to store worldwide data, accessible from all installations. Led team of eight to a new Internet based business process using dynamic pages.TCOSS Senior Analyst (Jan 1992 – Nov 1996)Automated TCOSS message traffic with intelligent routing to account managers. Developed user interface allowing 350 users simultaneously access to over 2 gigabytes of data. Optimized architecture and data structures, reducing data access from minutes to seconds. Expanded system to three sites for use throughout the Department of Defense.
