Major capital projects include putting together the paid parking system, insourcing the Print Shop, creating the Records Storage Warehouse, installing & supporting 2 CMMS systems (Datastream MP2 & SiteFM). Served as Facilities Analyst, compiled & wrote Policy & Procedures Master Manual, worked as an agent for continuous improvement, cost & waste reduction initiating & championing multiple improvement efforts involving Statistical Process Control, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Quality Management, Meeting Customer Requirements, & Cotinuous Process Improvement in the Deming & Toyota Way tradition.

Worked in a department called Lot Time, creating a wide variety of precision 747and the then the new 767 program sub-assemblies to order per assembly drawings and Boeing Airplane Company specifications and tolerances, from individual parts. Then worked in the Wire Shop in Everett creating precision wire harnesses for installation in Boeing 747's.
