The Michael Hill Digital team was awarded Best Multichannel Retailer at the Online Retail Industry Awards, the inaugural Demandware Pacesetter Award, were the winner of the ADMA Creativity & Effectiveness Award for eCommerce and were finalists in the World Retail Awards - eCommerce retailer of the year.I was included in Inside Retail's inaugural Top 50 People in eCommerce and I'm a frequent industry speaker. I hold a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce, Diploma of Management, Iβm a Section4 Strategy Sprinter, hold project management qualifications and I'm a CPA.I have experience in all things digital, including digital strategy and transformation, commerce, marketing, customer experience development, product development and project delivery. Whilst retail and digital commerce are my primary passion, I have also created and managed retail marketing, social and customer service teams.I mentally marinate and attempt to keep fit by cycling Gran Fondos, as well as hiking with my family which includes my amazing wife and three active boys.
