Program ended on Dec; Top performer in Q1 and Q3 in 2010 obtained the largest amount of kW savings per territory (Toronto West) Consistently increased territory sales throughout 2010 (Q1: 951 kW / Q2: 1.4 MW / Q3: 2.3 MW / Q4: 2.6 MW) Effectively prospected the sales territory by cold-calling over the phone and canvassing in person resulting in a high penetration rate with commercial and industrial accounts in Toronto West Successfully reached decision makers, qualified sales opportunities, generated interest, earned the `right to close' Worked closely with 40+ Channel Partners/Solution Providers to obtain retrofit leads with commercial accounts Productively managed account base from initial contact through to submitted applications to final rebate incentive Provided analysis and recommendations of various energy saving measures through consultations & site inspections Calculated customer's net energy saving on retrofit solutions (kW and/or kWh per year on lighting, chillers, VFD calculations on motors and pumps, HVAC, power conditioning, BA control systems, etc) for rebate incentives Oversaw energy measurement and verifications with third-party engineering firms under contract with BOMA Familiar with BOMA BESt and LEED certification / best practices for sustainability in commercial properties Maintained strong customer relationships via on-going service and follow up - often resulting in repeat business
