Proud to be part of the core team that launched the Morrisons “Match and More” loyalty program. Responsibilities include:- Strategy & build of our scheme digital platforms, website & native IOS/Android apps.- Build of the Marketing Database, Analytics (SPSS) and Campaign Management System (IBM ExperienceOne Campaign, Operations, eMessage & Interact)- Integration of the Social Media Listening tools (Radian6) used in the contact centre, customer database and command centre in Head Office.- Thought leadership on digital, CRM and data strategy.- Trial of our In-Store Wifi program that included customer movement analysis.

At GSK, my role was to advise and ensure best practice of digital and direct marketing initiatives.I created a unified data strategy and built a true SCV database across a number of GSK consumer brands, advised on social media strategy and implemented measurement frameworks using the latest SM listening tools.Other highlights included:- E-Commerce consultancy for Maxinutrition. - Paid and Organic Search Strategy Implementation for Lucozade (Inc.
