My professional experience was built upon early as I worked in the customer service and construction industry while in school. In those jobs, I was able to learn vital skills that carried into my professional career. In my 20 years of experience I have gained a diverse exposure to a number of different types of projects and clients as I have worked in both urban and rural areas. I have always taken great pride in both the quality of my work and the prompt response to my clients. I enjoy the challenge of organizing staff and resources to accomplish our projects and to serve as a mentor to them. Ultimately, I provide quality assurance for the deliverables to our clients.The vast majority of my project experience can be summarized as residential and commercial (site and subdivision) layout & design, educational campus layout & design, new- and re-development projects, agricultural engineering, municipal engineering. The skills I have established during my career include: Project, Client, and Staff Management, Project Scoping and Planning, Stormwater Management Solutions, Low Impact Design Strategies, Environmental Compliance and Permitting, Zoning, Road and Parking Lot Design, Drainage Design, Utility Design and Routing, Dam Safety, Water Resource Analysis and Design.I am currently a licensed PE in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, and maintain my credentials through NCEES to streamline the process of becoming licensed in other states as projects and clients demand.
