Jim has over 30 years of international consulting experience specializing in medico-legal assessment of vocational capacity, employer liability, career development, psychology & training. He works with: individuals & organizations transition processes, coaching, training; and medico-legal vocational capacity assessments. Published 11 books, and has over 500 peer reviewed scientific journal articles (the majority in leading international journals), chapters, reports and conference presentations. He has won awards for his careers research and has become a best selling international author in the area of careers. His books have been translated into Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, Russian, Danish, Romanian and Swedish. Over 100,000 people have purchased Jim’s career advice.
