As the Executive Director, I was charged with leading the strategic direction of the foundation. This included handling all operational and administrative processes for this non-profit foundation on a 240 acre campus with a mix of residential and commercial tenants, school facilities and youth camp facilities which included 10 buildings, tennis courts, swimming pool, picnic pavilion and hiking trails.▪Oversaw annual budgets, developed revenue sources, handled media and public relations, and issues management activities. Implemented customized change management plans working with board and advisory trustees to align organizational resources. Worked closely with staff, board and volunteers to promote community outreach.

Oversaw day-to-day operations of a 30,000 sq. ft. roller rink and adjoining small strip mall and diner. This included building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as landscaping, snow removal and third party contractors. Managed financial operations including payroll, assessment and inventory.

Administered 4-H youth programs to low income areas working with at risk youth in their communities and schools. Subsequently, I initiated and executed an overnight camping program for the Delaware County 4-H. ▪ Chair of the SE 4-H Camp Counselor Training Committee▪ Raised scholarship funds for economically disadvantaged youth▪ Was involved at the age of 8 until I turned 18. Then became a volunteer and finally a staff member in 1989. ▪ Served two terms on the 4-H Board of Directors.
