Processed all consumer liability claims resulting from product quality issues with Electrolux Claims Department and Quality/Engineering team.

Facilitated ongoing training with different departmental lead experts with in the small appliance business. Managed 9 million in sales revenue for the US business through our Inside Sales department and incorporated a team atmosphere to draw from each other’s strengths.

Managed a 6 state territory with 2.5 million in revenue. Responsible for 200 dealer/distributoraccounts in the southeastern US. Developed new markets through dealer recruitment, and on-site sales and product training. Setup and worked corporate/dealer trade shows to educate the dealer and public on the benefits of our products.

Chattanooga, Tennessee

Managed 12 employees, including installers, sales people, and office manager for specialty installation company. Coordinated installation schedules with builders and homeowners for the installation team. Ordered product, created PO’s, managed preparation of products to be installed, and was in charge of quality control. Worked one year in outside sales position meeting with builders and consumers to educate them on our installed products.
