I spent the first half of my time at TSPS as the only developer continuing to flesh out the company's next-gen web-based app. Principal tech stack included React, Entity Framework, C#, Postgres.

I joined Stealthbits (now a part of Netwrix Corporation) and worked on two core products. I did full-stack development. But most of my focus has been on React client-side user interface refinement with a C#/EF back end and Postgres as a database.

I've been on sabbatical doing independent R&D for a few years. My research into artificial intelligence and virtual reality, as well as a personal writing project, have kept me deep in my familiar Microsoft-heavy technology stack. But they've also given me opportunities to expand my experience with C++/Boost/Qt/QML and other technologies.In recent months I have decided to get back into my primary career. I've been binge-learning technologies outside my past experience. I've spent a while reconstructing my own web development platform stack using MySql and bare-metal Node.js, for example. I've deepened my knowledge of core skills like JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5. I've familiarized myself with Angular, React, Vue.js, GraphQL, and others too numerous to list. And I've taken deep dives into industry debates over the merits and future of various development patterns.I've never done so much intensive study as I have these past few years. I'm eager to employ as much of what I've learned as I can on my next job.
