I've worked for over twenty seven years in the fast-paced, highly-accountable and demanding world of automotive engineering at DENSO, one of the most successful international companies in the world. In my current role, I lead teams of engineers, technicians and other leaders that design the products, systems, and equipment that enables DENSO to deliver the highest quality electronics in the industry. I've been very fortunate to work with so many talented professionals at this global company. I also have years of experience managing quality and manufacturing / operations teams at a high level. I spend about one third of my time managing my areas of responsibility, one third on developing people and one third on driving positive changes / improvements.
