One matter that illustrates my approach and reminds me why I became an attorney involves a client who was facing a debilitating IP infringement lawsuit. Despite a weak legal position, by digging deep to understand the dynamics of the situation and using my unique skills and abilities, I was able to secure a successful outcome that saved the company and the jobs of the 30 employees.Some lawyers are intimidated by the chaotic awesomeness of fast-growing, entrepreneurial businesses.
