Currently helping a diverse range of brands with ecommerce and digital strategy as Ecommerce Director at Entropy Consulting.Before that, my experience was all client side, including:3 years as “Head of Ecommerce & CRM” at Wyevale Garden Centres (previously the UK’s leading garden centre group with 150 stores and £300m turnover before private equity sell-off in 2019): launched Wyevale’s first fully transactional website, exceeded budgeted sales and developed updated digital strategy with a greater omni-channel focus.8 years in Argos’ ecommerce team with multiple promotions, latterly as “Ecommerce Marketing & Trading Controller” and “Digital Brand Controller”; headed up all digital marketing and website trading/commercial operations.2 years with Bupa in a global digital transformation strategic role as “Head of New Digital Channels & Insights”: mobile, social media, search, digital analytics.“Digital/Managing Director” with Derby House, a specialist lifestyle/clothing retailer, as they transformed into a pureplay ecommerce operation; included developing and launching a new Magento Enterprise website.
