I administer and maintain all systems/programs used over the course of the Revenue Cycle to ensure proper and quick claim payment. I also do ad hoc reporting as necessary.

As the Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement Coordinator, I report to the Director of Business Services and VP of Finance in regards to project management. I maintain all front-end revenue cycle process and procedures and help enforce policies to protect patients and revenue. I also am directly in charge of ensuring that staff are fully trained in areas that affect the revenue cycle directly.I am interested in learning process improvement strategies such as LEAN and Six Sigma, and hope to have my green belt by the end of the year.
