I am an experienced IT leader highly regarded for bringing business systems and processes to life. I love the challenge of taking projects from “the weeds to the clouds” and having a pragmatic approach to clearing hidden road blocks. I’ve worked with companies large and small, and I've delivered results. As an IT leader at eBioscience, Inc., I helped the company more than double it's revenue in less than 4 years. I have been an analyst, network admin, programmer and Oracle DBA. I have designed selected and deployed CRM, e-commerce and ERP systems. I have build data centers and pulled network cable. I've championed virtualization and SasS, I have extensively supported marketing, sales, manufacturing and customer services. This variety has given me versatility and the skill set to be able to achieve a 360-degree customer interaction point of view. I love the dynamics of IT team building. I have seven simple guide lines that I have found effective for IT teams. Two of these are: - ALL IT activities should have at their core a positive business outcome.- What happens in IT stays in IT (or: retaining your customer’s respect)I like new ideas. I like new ideas that work better. I like new ideas that work efficiently best of all! I retain my innate curiosity about all manner of things and I find that my best days are the days I learn something new or meet someone new.I completely believe that the digital revolution is still in in infancy!
