I was responsible for all sales and service for designated accounts including necessary programming with Q&A flat-file database. I managed all aspects of the customers' needs.

Provided sales of home appliances to the consumer market thru a service-based dispatch company. Also created a fleet control program to monitor all service records for the service trucks.

I was responsible for extracting mainframe data thru the SAS system and converting it to IBM-based programs like Lotus 123 spreasheet. Also provided PC support for XT & x286 desktop computers.

My responsibilities included all clerical aspects of an Infantry company working in the S1/Admin unit. When in garrison, on base, performed all clerical duties. When in the field, drove for the LTC of the battalion and performed other infantryman duties.
