The application captures desired CPU, memory, disk and networking information from the customer/requester. An integrated workflow provides notifications to the System Administrators for review and approval prior to provisioning. Approved VM systems are provisioned via automation. Email notifications are sent to customers and Administrators upon completion. Requests for physical systems was integrated with the Service Delivery application (JIRA) and is used as a backlog by the Data Center department for review, approval and completion.START-UP / MENTOR FOR TAIWAN REMOTE TEAM MEMBERAs the Subject Matter Expert for all the supported systems, volunteered to mentor, train and onboard new, remote, Taiwan team to work at two different Taiwan sites.
