I have been responsible for the revitalization of this property and have since my arrival in December increased occupancy by 44% and Gross Revenues by 27% over the same period in 2009. We have successfully implemented many new training programs which have resulted in the hotel being named the #1 hotel in Surabaya on TripAdvisor for 3 consecutive months. I have also been responsible for the revised 2010 operating budget and worked closely with the Dir. Of Sales to implement and carry out a sound 2010 Sales Action Strategy which will result in a successful repositioning of the hotel within the luxury market here in Surabaya.
