In establishing and sustaining client relations, participate in assessing and hiring architectural or engineering advisers and collaborate with governmental agencies. And finally in studying the financial aspect of projects, organizing construction documents and assuming responsibly for finished plans, specifications, and manage approval of materials and construction.
