Project Manager and Project Architect with Hannah Architects, Detroit, Michigan. Projects will range from new built construction, repurpose, restore and modernize existing facilities. The phases with my involvement on the projects will be in design development, construction documentation and construction administration. On the different projects I will be responsible for the entire architectural project, from budget to implementation. For procuring construction bids, recruiting and selection contractors and mediating construction contracts. During construction, for construction visits to provide recommendations, directions and perform site inspection.With my past experience as a project and architect assistant in health care and retail projects, it will help guide me to direct a project team to meet the quality, schedule, contractual and budget goals. In establishing and sustaining client relations, participate in assessing and hiring architectural or engineering advisers and collaborate with governmental agencies. And finally in studying the financial aspect of projects, organizing construction documents and assuming responsibly for finished plans, specifications, and manage approval of materials and construction.
