At PAgCASA we advance precision agriculture methods (in an interest to lessen inputs and be more efficient) and help rural communities get the broadband they need to implement precision agriculture.I work directly with our customers and manage their accounts as well as implementation in the field.

We make drone-to-blockchain images instantly. Our lead product is AgCheck, which helps verify farms and ranches claims to their food production methods.Sustainable and regenerative agriculture is what our AgCheck product specializes in.

I work on big data problems and my goal is to take data that is messy and hard to work with, and convert that into something that everyday citizens can understand and take action on.I was lucky enough to team up with NationBuilder and cofound the site RunForOffice.org.Over the past few months I've been busy convincing my super talented friends and colleagues to join me on my next endeavor in the world of farms, ranches, and data.If you have an interesting data project or problem, feel free to reach out, even if it has nothing to do with politics or farms.

I work at NationBuilder on a project called RunForOffice.org that started with some help from Portland State University, the Sunlight Foundation, and UC Berkeley. We've got a real simple purpose with RunForOffice, and that's to help people understand what they can run for and how to get on their ballot. Anyway, that project started as BallotPath, then in January of 2015 I came aboard NationBuilder to continue the project, and we've been working to get this information out there to as many as people as possible, for free. Collaborating with the folks at NationBuilder has been the highlight of my professional career; hard to put into words, but if you've got questions, ask me. It's an amazing group of people that I'm lucky to work with.I also recruit interns to work on this project with us (thanks UW, USC, Loyola Marymount, CS Long Beach, Rutgers, CUNY, UCLA, and my alma mater, University of Oregon!) and spend the rest of my time grinding away at figuring out the ballot process for the largest counties and cities in our country (and I can't help but look at foreign countries elections administration, too). Anyway, if you want to talk shop about civic tech, independent candidacies, politics, or movies, I'm your man.

I worked as a Sales Representative at Kestrel Growth Brands for close to four years. It is simply an amazing company with great owners and employees, that also happens to sell the best Vanilla in the world. I was fortunate enough to work with some of the country's premiere gourmet restaurants and bakeries. We also have a thriving retail sales line that works with Whole Foods Market and other all natural and gourmet grocery stores across the United States, and international markets like Japan and New Zealand. Altogether, a great company that produces great products, and is also guided by strong environmental and social principles.
