Responsible for business development and direct-hire placement of accounting professionals for various positions ranging from staff accountant to controller• Responsible for seeking out, interviewing, and qualifying talented candidates for various opportunities within client companies• Manage the placement process from resume submission and interview feedback to reference checks and salary negotiation

• Research and resolve accounting and auditing issues using AICPA, SEC, and firm developed guidance• Assess internal control systems and other business processes, diagnose weaknesses and inefficiencies• Work as a team member and individually to develop solutions for audit and financial issues• Perform analytical procedures on financial statements to identify trends in clients’ business and execute audit program using a risk based approach• Helped lead a successful recruiting effort at the University of Colorado at Boulder• Act as a mentor and liaison to incoming staff appointees and interns
