Over the course of my career, I have been a successful CEO, director, and executive in companies throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. I have also completed more than 40 transactions including venture investments, buyouts, acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, licensing and partnership agreements.My former role was President and CEO of BioAgilytix, a leading provider of contract bioanalytical testing services with specialization in bioanalysis. During my time with the company, we have been recognized by the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020. We also boast award-winning customer service and have one of the highest employee retention rates in the industry.I have transitioned to funding and working with Private Equity and Venture back companies to further their success and am active in global philanthropy.
