Multiple high-profile project roles in addition to daily responsibility for a department of more than 50 software development resources. Responsible for the architecture, design, development and maintenance of OSS and ETL applications including budget, staff management, program management and communications to executives and internal customers.

Manage team of System Analysts in support of multiple OSS including Oracle’s Metasolv Solution and other ancillary applications• Gather system requirements from the business units for multiple projects involving the OSS’ to implement necessary changes and enhancements.• Develop new code to support the necessary enhancements• Act as a consultant to the business to provide expertise on best practices within the existing applications• Maintain and negotiate existing vendor relations and contracts• Maintain an operational uptime of 99.5% for all production applications including providing 24/7 support• Responsible for fulfilling any role on the team when demand exceeds resource availability• Conduct weekly staff meetings and quarterly one on ones for the team• Regression test all new releases and code through unit, system and user acceptance testing
