Responsible for facilitating the implementation of IBM Kenexa BrassRing on Cloud application. This assignment started with a kick-off and engagement with IBM product consultants through configuration, functional and user acceptance testing, leading to a Pilot followed by full deployment. Azure DevOps and the Scrum project management tools were used to manage the cloud integrations between IBM BrassRing and TeamHealth applications. Worked closely with Change Management using the Prosci ADKAR model to manage the change as recruiters were transitioned from a 20 year old in-house legacy systems onto a new SAAS application.In addition to the project work I contributed to the PMO as it developed best practices in project delivery and deployed Daptiv as their PPM tool.

This initiative involves a global project team with team members in London, Mumbai and a 3rd party development team in Belfast. My responsibilities include contracting and managing vendor services, facilitating requirements gathering and following a waterfall SDLC for the development, testing and deployment of the application.

Contracted with Holland America Lines in the development and integration of a new software suite design for hotel operations on their new Vista class cruise ships. During this one year contract I led a project team from Holland America and was their primary contract with the software vendor Fidelio Cruise, Inc. This project included requirements gathering, design, development, quality assurance and training of onboard ships personnel.Contracted with SPIE an international society advancing an interdisciplinary approach to the science and application of light located in Bellingham, Washington. Used six sigma and lean processes to reduce the time from proposals submitted for a symposium to the publication of the work presented at the symposium.
