Jim has had a distinguished 42 year career in the professional services industry. He has held significant management roles since 1992 when first taking over a small struggling energy industry practice within a systems integration firm and turning it around in just 18 months. Since then, he has managed practices and divisions as large as $300M in size and 600 people. Jim brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the table. He has been successful in achieving growth by building teams and companies in the market several times in both small and large organizations. He has then used that experience to build, grow and manage advisory and technology practices to help clients achieve similar results.Jim has consistently added value to every company he has joined by focusing on growth. Whether he was leading a sales team achieving increasing sales goals or managing a consulting division by company helping clients grow their business through go-to-market strategies, he has and has been effective in his efforts.His hands on coaching style, and leadership strength helped promote him through the ranks up to the inner management circle of every organization he has worked with. His ability to develop a plan, build the team that is required and then motivate, manage and then execute against that plan to success has earned him the respect of his peers and supervisors. Jim's passion is working with people in a collaborative mode to solve problems and expand company business across service lines. He enjoys building high performance teams that help get things done. His a natural leader who is not afraid to make tough decisions and take responsibility for their outcome.On a personal note, Jim also enjoys golf, traveling and has a passion for cooking.
