Started as component level technician position which grew into an engineering technician and eventually controls engineering. Utilized electronic experience to design complicated test stands for automated production equipment, specializing in motor drives and programmable controllers.Moved to ESI/Clyde Division for program management and production management responsibilities. Managed programs for Visteon, Caterpillar, Ford, and General Manager customers. Facilitated the relocation of this division to Evansville, Indiana.
