About Jim Diroff

My passion is developing an environment that is built upon openness, trust, responsibility, and accountability. My teams are known to overachieve and enjoy doing it. My success has come from making difficult decisions on strategic direction and then empowering my team to execute our strategies. My core belief is that personnel are your strongest asset and that a strong, energetic, and cohesive team environment will perform at the highest levels possible and outperform any competition. I enjoy building a clean metrics system that can be shared with the shop employees for simple performance measurement. Teams of knowledgeable employees that are respected and informed on their contribution, and expectations, are my specialties. In my relaxation time, I enjoy competitive softball, 5K walk/runs, family events, real estate, and recreational sports.
