Jimmy Dixon is a dynamic leader and inspirational senior executive with extensive experience advancing organizations within diverse industries. He joined Pure Fishing as its COO in August 2015. As COO, Dixon is responsible for overseeing global operations in the U.S., U.K., China, Mexico and Sweden. He was previously a sought after consultant with Oliver Wight Americas using his leadership and operational competencies within supply chain and logistics, sales and operations planning and demand and supply planning and operations.Dixon worked with an extensive client base, achieving successes within Tiffany & Co, Timex, General Electric, Unilever, Hershey's and Andrew Peller Wines. He has supported diverse organizations including Mondelez, Exactech, Agrium, Smucker's, Cargill, Hologic and Amgen in their pursuit of achieving business excellence utilizing the Class A performance standard.Prior to joining Oliver Wight Americas, he served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain with Westinghouse Electric in Columbia, South Carolina, where he developed and led the global sales and operations planning process and integrated supply chain strategy. Dixon worked for 18 years with pharmaceutical leader, GlaxoSmithKline and held a variety of progressively responsible roles including Interim Vice-President and Senior Director. He contributed to the success of three corporate mergers and worked within production, quality control, strategy, import/export and logistics. Dixon led strategic initiatives which yielded cost savings of $350 million and was integral in the rollout of six sigma, change management and leadership development.
